The Team
Darren and Lene, both Directors of Key Inns, share Senior Management responsibility for The Old Mill, and they have the back up of a Resident Manager and 25 dedicated staff.
Head Chef, Carl Davison, has spent the whole of his professional career with Key Inns. He does not claim to have his own ‘signature dish’ since he proudly suggests that all of his dishes are special but he will admit to having a passion for well-cooked and attractively- presented traditional English food. Carl is supported by no fewer than 6 highly-trained Assistant Chefs.
The Staff/Client ratio of the Old Mill is generous, and visitors and resident guests appreciate the efficient and highly personal service they receive as a result.
